Secret Gifting

Gifty lets a sender place a gift order for a recipient while keeping the sender identity private from the recipient during the normal gifting flow.

Sender details are still collected and stored privately so we can process orders, handle support, prevent misuse and respond to lawful requests.

Payment

Secret gift orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for secret gifting.

After an order is submitted, the sender completes payment through Cashfree Checkout using the available online payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders are confirmed for processing only after the payment is successfully completed and verified through Cashfree or an authorized payment partner.

Recipient Contact

The sender must provide accurate recipient details, including phone number and delivery address.

Gifty may contact the recipient before shipping or delivery to reduce refused packages and make sure the prepaid surprise can be accepted safely.

Misuse

Gifty must not be used for harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual repeated contact or illegal activity.

If we believe the service is being misused, we may cancel the order, refuse future service, contact the sender, contact the recipient, or share sender details when required for safety, dispute resolution or lawful requests.

Anonymity

Anonymity is a gifting feature, not a shield for harmful behavior. Sender identity may be revoked if the platform is used to threaten, harass, deceive or create fear for the recipient.

Gifty may disclose sender information to the recipient, payment partners, delivery partners, law enforcement or other relevant parties where needed for safety, legal compliance or dispute handling.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, payment confirmation, courier performance and destination serviceability.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, Gifty may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients or refused delivery may delay or cancel an order. Extra shipping costs may apply where a shipment must be reattempted or redirected.

Messages

Gift messages must stay respectful and lawful. Gifty may refuse, edit or remove messages that include threats, hate, explicit harassment, personal attacks, illegal requests or unsafe content.
